Job Title: Community Manager
Employment: Full-time, Onsite, Monday to Friday
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
As a Community Manager, you will support building the Temu brand and growing our customer community. This role will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for our community across all social media channels and diverse events and activities.
Responsibilities
       - Execute community strategies to engage and grow our community across all channels actively.
       - Build and maintain community moderation guidelines
       - Coordinate community messaging for significant drops and tentpole moments with cross-functional teams
       - Identify actionable insights within community conversation that leads to impactful content creation
       - Report on the health of our community, and make recommendations for improvements while promoting the optimization of processes and tools for the best program output
       - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our community remains supported and informed
Qualifications
       - At least 1 year of experience managing communities with social media
       - Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide authentic experiences to the community and a strong understanding of when to implement different tones of voice in a variety of situations
       - Experience working with international teams
       - Candidates whose Mandarin skills meet the need for basic overseas work communication are preferred.  

Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Employment: Full-time, Onsite, Monday to Friday
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Temu Customer Service Leadership team is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our growing Service organization in Greater Boston Area. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for improving the quality of services we provide to our customers. We're looking for someone who believes in the customer experience and knows how to drive performance at all levels. In this role, the mission is to drive satisfaction, value, and experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
       - Coach and mentor teams to achieve their full potential and oversee performance management and assessment.
       - Establish and improve a highly engaged work environment.
       - Responsible for delivering the KPIs of Support for your time zone.
       - Analyze and present data pertaining to the Support organization and your time zone.
       - Work with the Customer Success Leadership teams, and other stakeholders to manage and contribute to new initiatives within the Support team
       - Excellent at working with, and leading a team.
       - Working closely with internal and external teams in the US and mainland China
Qualifications:
       - Bachelor’s degree or above
       - Have 2+ years prior leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager) in Customer Service, Retail, Technology, and/or Contact Centre environments.
       - Highly self-disciplined and self-motivated.
       - Extensive and proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to flex between the two.
       - You help install confidence in your team and support their growth.
       - Excellent communicator who can translate strategic ideas well.
       - Proven prioritization and time management skills.
       - Comfortable with ambiguity and new unique challenges.
       - Highly strategic in problem-solving abilities.
       - Candidates whose Mandarin skills meet the need for basic overseas work communication are preferred.
