Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
•Work with internal data engineer team to maintain DuoPeak analytics data system, including but not limited to query generation, scheduling and creating reports
•Use statistical tools to design hypothesis tests, identify the patterns inside large amount of user behavior data, report trends and patterns to stakeholders
•Collaborate with product design team and marketing team to provide business insights with actionable items
•Work with data scientists to prepare the training dataset and build machine learning predictive models for user behaviors and product trends.
•Prepare business performance report for executive leadership team
Qualifications:
•Highly analytical, data-driven individuals
•Detail-oriented and organized people
•Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
•Experience building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
•Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.
•Working knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms in R or Python A Plus For:
•Experienced game player
•Experience in campaign management in Facebook, Google or other ad networks
•Strong project management and organizational skills is a plus
•Experience supporting and working with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
•A Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
Business Development Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
•Proactively seek new business opportunities and potential clients in the market
•Establish new business contacts via carious means
•Gather useful information from customer and competitor
•Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services including but not limited to customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
•Coordinate with sales support and technical teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
•Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
•Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
•Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
•Report to the BD/Sales team on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
•Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field (preferred) •2+ years proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account
Executive or similar role in mobile domain •Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
•Track record of achieving sales quotas
•Excellent interpersonal capability
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
•Motivated self-starter with ability to work in a fastpaced environment
•Willingness to travel domestically with occasional international travel
