Sr. Product Designer
Our fast growing design team is looking for Senior Product Designers who care deeply about their users and can solve complex problems with simple and
intuitive solutions. You will collaborate with global crossfunctional teams to deliver high-quality product experience for our customers and users. You will lead
the design efforts for our award winning solution suite through discovery, ideation, design/prototyping, test, and release.
‣ 4+ years of design experience (previous SaaS, B2B or enterprise experience a huge plus).
‣ Bachelor or Master's degree in interaction design, UX design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields.
‣ Knowledge of design principles and usability theories.
‣ A design portfolio that shows sophisticated and creative UX.
‣ Proven ability to execute at a high level in a remote environment.
‣ Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Sr. UX Researcher
Our fast growing design team is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to bring user needs to light and directly influence product strategy and execution of
UX features. You possess extensive experience in conducting qualitative research as well as quantitative research. You will define and execute a comprehensive
research roadmap, using an appropriate mix of quantitative and qualitative methods to address the questions at hand. You will synthesize user research findings and deliver high-quality insight to inform product direction, and effectively bring the voice of the customer to product decisions.
‣ 4 years of experience in software UX research
‣ Bachelor or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or related fields.
‣ Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability testing, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).
‣ Experience with planning and conducting end user usability testing.
